i have problemns in using programs in the vm. i have installed windows7 in a mac book air with snow leopard. I can install the programs, but when i try to start them it says "failed to inizialize video card". con someone help me?

Have you realized, that a VBOX guest only has a Super VGA card, not the real VGA card?

Only thing you can do is to activate 2D/3D in the guest settings and install the guest additions in the guest.
