can't fire up windows 7 from iso

Hi there it would be great if someone can tell me if its possible to start up windows7 from the archive iso that i downloaded from software retailer
my mac is 2.66ghz intel i5

i can get paralels to start up windows but not virtual box and i really want to use this software.
my disk drive dosent seem to be working so creating a disk is not an option.

i would be really great full for any help I'm not a massively computer person although not a complete dunce.

i got product key and seems fine in parallels just can't get to start up in virtual box

ok i have sorted the problem i downloaded the32bit version of windows7 and it just fired up like a dream.

im now very happy......:>)
