Failed to load VMMR0.r0 Help me Please

basicly i wish to run a virtual machine , i have been following these instructions - (message me if link is requiered) , although when i try to run my VM i have ''Failed to load VMMR0.r0'' error

version 4.2.6 , dont know if i have installed the Guest Additions (in the guest). as i am unable to run my virtual machine , i have followed a video tutorial but i am unalbe to post the link yet , do what you can to help me lol thanks

That's nothing to go on. All I know for sure is you have installed VirtualBox.

What is the guest?
How much memory does the host have?
Is the host 32 or 64 bit?
