Bridged Network doesn't work with AMD64 Linux

Hi,

I have VirtualBox (4.2.6) installed in Windows 7 Professional 64 bits, when I create a new virtual machine for Linux (Ubuntu, Mint, etc...) 32 bits and I configure the netword with 'Bridged Network' + DCHP, the Virtual Machine is able to get an IP and work with the rest os physical computers.

But when I create a virtual machine for Linux AMD64 (i have tested with RedHat and Ubuntu) and the same network configuration, after the Installation the Guest OS is not able to get an IP.
So It's only able to work with NAT configuration, but it's a problem to work with the rest of physical computers.

Is There a solution? Is it a known problem/bug?

Thanks.
