USB Device not recognized if more than one CPU

Hi,
Host: Macbook pro, Mac OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.2
Guest: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bits
I have installed a completely new virtual machine with Windows 64 Home premium. I've configured it with 4 CPU. Everything looks right, except it doesn't recognize any USB device, even very simple USB sticks. If I switch off the VM, configure with one single CPU, and relaunch, then it recognizes all my USB devices, even the weird ones.
I've found a similar topic here: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=43159, but with no solution.
Is there some solution to have several CPU and USB devices working?
