Accessing Guests via Home Network

Hi,

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium as my host and Windows XP and Ubuntu Guests.

What I am trying to achieve is networking between the Host and the Guest, so I want the Guest to appear when I click on network on my Windows 7 Host. I have a wireless network and have been able to link to other devices such as my Sony Media Player.
