Problem with Seamless mode after switching physical monitors

Hi There,

I have recently decided to change the order of my 2 monitors so switched between them (Physically and then changed which one is main monitor in host display settings).

Now when I start my VM it starts correctly with the Start bar showing on the left monitor (so same side as it used to be before the switch) however when I switch to Seamless mode, the Start menu moves to the right monitor (which used to be the left monitor). I tried everything I could think of but can't get the Start to move back to the left monitor in Seamless mode.
When I try and use the Windows display settings to set the second monitor as main it comes back with "unable to save display settings" error.

It seems to me like the VM "remembers" the display settings for Seamless from before I switched the monitors around, and now loads the same settings when I switch...

Any ideas?

I have attached logs of the VM start and switch into Seamless Mode in case it might help.

Both host and guest are Windows 7 64 bit.
