VMBox screensize in command line Linux.

I am running Mandriva Linux 2011 64 bit inside Windows 7 Home Premium successfully.

I find that when I successfully go init 4, my screen area is now a small square in the middle,
and does not occupt my full screen area. How do I fix this, and go to maximum area?

By adjusting the framebuffers in the guest. This is not a VirtualBox setting since it does not involve X

If I am using Mandriva Linux with KDE,

where would I go graphically to find that setting?

You don't. If you are in a tty you are not running X. You adjust the kernel params to handle what ever display size you want. Google framebuffers and it will show you how.

Yes, but how do I put this new setting inside my Mandriva Linux so that init 4 console mode takes up my full window size,
and not the miniature middle of the screen box it takes at present for me?

You don't understand. This has nothing to do with any settings in VirtualBox. Each distro is slightly different in the way you do this and you need to ask the Mandriva people how to do this with their product.
