Problem installing OS X Mountain Lion

Hi,
I have a Macbook Pro with OS X Snow Leopard running on it. I want to install OS X Mountain Lion in Virtual Box.
When I set up a virtual machine and load the ISO and start it always stuck at this point (see link to image below).
