Disable message about a new release of virtualbox

Could somebody tell me how to disable the message that pops up whenever I open Virtualbox, which is that a new release is available? It's *so* annoying. Presumably it's a "remindAbout" option in Virtualbox.xml, but I can't find on the web a list of the remindAbout options
