Oracle Linux 6.3 does not load on Windows8

Hi all,

I am running VirtualBox 4.2.6 under Windows 8 Pro 64 bits. I downloaded Oracle Linux 6 Update 3 64 bits from Oracle. I installed the Oracle Linux without no issues, but at the end of install, when it requires a reboot, VirtualBox hang. From this point I have to close VirtualBox. If I try to start the Linux that I have installed, it open the initial screens to me, I provide the info, but at the end, it hangs as well.

I saw this error on VirtualBox log:
00:00:08.971136 Guest Log: BIOS: KBD: unsupported int 16h function 03

As I am aware of, VirtualBox is certified against Windows 8. Anyone have suffered with the same issue before.

PS:
I installed Oracle Linux 6 without issues. Able to successfully login into Oracle Linux 6. I am going to install OEL6u1 and OEL6u2 to see if the issue is only on OEL6u3.
Same issue with OEL6u1. Oracle VirtualBox just hangs and I have to kill the application. Installing OELu2 now.
