Nightly kernel panics

Received a new Mac Pro last week and loaded Virtualbox first thing. Have had a kernel panic almost everyday since always when the system is in sleep mode. I've contacted Apple and run through the basic system resets but still having issues. I've found an Apple support forum thread for kernel panics and noticed the systems with panics also have Virtualbox extensions loaded. I'm running Virtualbox 4.2.6 on Mac OS X 10.8.2. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe if you attached a zipped copy of one of the VirtualBox logs and a system log that covers the time period when this happens. Any help would be appreciated.
