Hi,
1) Right-clicking on the GUI, you can check/uncheck "Show Toolbar" and "Show Statusbar". What does unchecking the "Show Statusbar" do? I can't see the difference.
2) Is there a way to hide the right side of the GUI, where it shows the preview, etc. completely, i.e., so only the list of guests and their status on the right is visible?
Thanks,
Jim

1) It appears to toggle the bottom gray area at the bottom of the window. Not sure why it is there since I don't recall ever seeing any status there.ohaya wrote:Hi,

2) Yes, just grab and drag to the right the section between the two panes. See attached images of before and after.

Re: Questions about VBox GUI
Marty,
Re. 1) My eyes are getting really bad... I can barely see it
... But, you're right, I don't think I've seen anything appear on the status bar either, but I haven't been using VBox very long.
Re. 2) Thanks! After you eliminate the details (right pane) is there way of making what's left narrower? I guess that I'm originally from VPC, and am use to having that minimalistic VPC console. Anyway, if you can't make it narrower, this is better than having to have it...
Thanks,
Jim

Re: Questions about VBox GUI
Sure, adjust the size of the window.
Re: Questions about VBox GUI
Hi,
I can adjust (larger or smaller) the height of the window until about 2 entries high, but for the width, when I try to decrease it, it only decreases to a certain point, then won't let me make it narrower than that. When I say a "certain point"... even at the narrowest it allows me to go, it's still kind of wide (not sure how else to describe it).

Re: Questions about VBox GUI
Same here. It looks as if the minimum setting takes into account the details, even if the details are not displayed.
Re: Questions about VBox GUI
