You need a Router connecting the 2 PCs and then you have to change the VBOX guest settings to bridge. That was it.

I've tried without connecting to the router is only connected to the LAN but the server VM can not be activated because the network adapter in the VBox is bridge.
what should I do?
please help.

All you really need is for the two host machines to be connected to the same physical network. How did you get the laptop to see the LAN PC? Did you simply plug the laptop into the LAN network?
If you did, setting both the vms to bridged should put them in the same network also. How do the vms get their network configuration? If they are set to get this automatically from DHCP, it should simply work. The two hosts and the two vms will all be in the same network and the same IP subnet.
