VBoxSVC.zip
All of the relevant VBoxSVC.log files are included. The current log is an attempt to get through the first boot installation steps.
(3.8 KiB) Downloaded 7 times
Virtual Box version 4.2.6 r82870

I have successfully installed Oracle linux release 5 (V31120-01.iso) without problems.
However when I attempted to install Oracle Linux release 6 (V33411-01.iso), I get through the initial install but on the first reboot the virtual machine throws an error
"Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager has stopped working"

Did I miss something?

Post the guests log file (as an attachment)
See Online Users Manual for the location of the file.

All of the logs are complaining about the HDD, from async too boot failure. How full is the drive you have installed this on and can you test the disk for errors?

Windows chkdsk reports no errors or bad blocks. The disk is only 13% utilized.

Question the hard disk is encrypted with PGP Desktop for Windows version 10.1.2. Could that be the problem?

Possible. All I know for sure is there is a lot of issues in the logs that are HDD related. I don't use encrypted drives (except for data) so you will need to wait until someone that does drops by. I just never saw a reason to encrypt the entire OS and programs.
