Problem with VB installing W8 on W7 64 bit Host

Hi i have an error report when i try to virtualize any version of Windows 8 (32 bit or 64 bit and Home, pro,...) on my Asus 1215n under Windows 7 64 bit, i have enough memory because i upgraded my computer three months ago with 8 GB RAM. And of course, enough Disk space, ¿someone could help? The window freezes and in some time appears one error report from Windows 8 itself, a blue screen with some error reports. (Now i'm on work and can not post the correct report sorry, i will post after work).
