adding vm to domain!!

Hello,

Im having trouble adding a windows 7 vm to my domain. The other is a server 2008 vm dc with dns and dhcp added.
Can someone help?

Perhaps read Perry's tutorial on the subject.

That and perhaps search some networking forums, since that isn't really a VirtualBox question.

ok thanks, i guess i should have asked what networking mode i should be running both vms in e.g NAT, bridged, internal?

That would depend on what you want to accomplish (e.g. internal testing or external networking), but NAT would normally be unsuitable. Read Perry's advice.
