After I've set up relevant extension pack for my VBox 4.2.6, I am still getting the attached problem which was posted in other thread. Please advise. Thanks.

Post a log file for the VM. The VM log file is called "VBox.log", and can be found in the "Logs" subfolder of your VM folder.

Your FIX is in post 53715.
