Same place you got VirtualBox itself. In any case the instructions I referred you to includes a rather prominent download link.

Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.1.24-82872
is applicable to my Virtualbox version 4.2.6

It is not. The extension pack must match the virtualbox version.
