window size of guest system

Hi,
I installed ubuntu 12.10 as a guest System. I also installed the guest additions. But i cant adapt the window size to the size of the virtual box window. I am really ***** up. I spent hours to solve the Problem. Please can somebody help me.

Check that auto-resize is enabled in the guest. If it is and you still get black borders when in full screen the guest additions may not be installed properly. See the following link: Howto: Install Linux Guest Additions

Then the guest additions are not installed or installed properly. Follow the link I sent and and see if you can get them installed properly.

The Solution was so easy. I updated ubuntu itself. Then ubuntu asked me to reinstall guest Addition and everything works fine.
