2.6.4 crashes frequently on Windows 7 running Debian Wheezy

Today I have updated to VirtualBox 2.6.4 and now I am experiencing frequent crashes (two till now). I never had so much crashes with VirtualBox and I am using it for years on Linux and Windows hosts. I have attached Vbox.log and Vbox.png. Can anybody explain what goes wrong here?
I am running Debian Wheezy on Windows 7 Home. I have installed the latest Windows and Debian Updates and I have installed Microsoft Security Essentials.
The last words of Chromium on the screen shot are showing that it was waiting for a network response. Is is possible that there is problem with the network card? I am using an Asus P8H67-I bord with a Realtek 8111E on board nic. But on the other side I do not experience any network problems with other programs. I am running Blizzard games almost every day.
Can anybody help?
