I have installed the VB 4.2.6 but I can't recognize the usb Keys.
Please could you help me?

My OS is Win8 Pro x64; Virtualbox ver. 4.2.6; the virtual OS installaed is winxp

{mod edit]The image you posted was unnecessarily large, a whole desktop with a small dialog box in the middle - and not visible unless you scroll. I have cropped the image to show just the important dialog. Perhaps you could do this yourself in future.

There are a lot of posts about "Device is busy" on usb, and also there are the exact steps on how to solve it. I would recommend you read these posts and search for them using google with "site:forums.virtualbox.org device is busy"
