The host is Windows 7 ( 64 bit )...
So, how can we enable the vt-d function in Virtualbox ?

Chapter 9.6 from the user manual. No way, wrong host.

Hello,

Do you means the windows NOT support VT-d function ?
Only Linux System ?

Yes, 100 % like its described. If its not described for your scenario, then its not supported. Very easy.
