Thanks, I un-installed the guest additions and it works again. I will just leave these guests as is without the added software.

It requires a java applet to print the coupons, but gives me the error shown in the photo about running a program that interferes with our security. I believe the "guest additions" is what is causing the problem.

First of all, how do you end up on that conclusion?

Is there a way I can make the host and the guests share a folder without the guest additions

Yes, via Windows Shared folders.

Initially I was able to print from the website. I didn't have the problem until after I installed guest additions. That has been the only major change.

To be sure, simply uninstall them without doing any other change, reboot, then try again. See if it works or not.
Finally, install them again, reboot, and check the website.
