My virtualboxes allways crash after the windows welcome screen. Sometimes a new clon box works but one time only.

Does that mean my system can't release enought RAM for the wm or is something wrong with settings?

You are starting out with 250MB of available memory and trying to use 242MB of memory. It will not work. Free up some memory or add some to the PC.
