Raw Disk access on a Windows 8 Host

Hi,
I want to run a FreeBSD Filserver in a VM on my Windows 8 Desktop Machine. So far I have everything set up, I created the disk images with VBoxManage and mounted one in my VM to test wheter it's working. I was aware that I could run into some kind of access violation issues because Windows may not make it easy for me to access a disk in that way. So that's what happened.
The second I try to actually mount the disk in my VM the following happens : (The interesting part is English, the German text doesn't say anything relevant so ignore it) I am running VirtualBox as Administrator, but that doesn't seem to be enough. Has anyone got an idea on how to solve that ?
