Script virtualBox installation running stop

HI, I want to script virtualbox installation, our company already have some product with an installer. We would like to automatically install virtualBox with our product.
We also wanted:

• -automatically create vm from disk
  -automatically starting vm
  -shutting vm when we close our product

Is there any way to pilot virtualBox with command line?

There are several ways to perform what you want :

• VBoxManage, command line utility to control virtualbox
• SDK & API, if you want to write code for it
