Import Appliance failing with Internal inconsistency on disk

Hi,

I am trying to import an appliance into my Vbox. However it is failing with the following messages. Much appreaciated if someone can guide or provide tips to handle this issue or experienced similar ones :

Failed to import appliance C:\Users\anadeem\VirtualBox VMs\Cluster_full_RAC_11_2.ova.

Internal inconsistency looking up disk image 'vmdisk10'.

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

The message is a bit vague, but it seems clear that the ova file is invalid (damaged, truncated etc). You need another copy of it, ideally one which passes a checksum test.
