Is there any tool available which can help me manage the Virtual Machines (Power-On, Power-Off, Insert-USB etc.) sitting on a remote machine.
Since the remote machine is Linux machine, so preferably the utility should be command line based.
Please let me know if there is any such utility.

But my Host Machine is windows based and telnet is not a good solution for VirtualBox.
Telnet is having multiple issues running vboxManage.exe Over Telnet.

If you want to keep it command line, cygwin+ssh.
Else there is phpVirtualbox, or the good old Remote Desktop
