Kernel Panic Error Occured

Hi,
I am using Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.0.2 on a Windows 7 Professional PC, and when attempting to attach a USB Device to my Virtual Mac it has come up with this and will not allow me to get to the log on screen, I can only get to the Silver Apple Logo screen.
Would anyone be able to help me fix this asap?
