I ran my windows XP and everything is ok, but when I restart I get a freezed black screen without messages/errors just say "windows xp [running]".
So I update to 4.2.6 and get the same. I'm using a retina macbook.

I'm sorry, I'm new.
I'm using the version 4.2.6 right now (the first time it happends I'm using an older version) of the Virtualbox, I update but it still happend. I'm using a macbook retina (16gb ram) and my virtualmachine is a Windows XP (4gb ram). I attach the oldest log files that I found.

If this is an XP 32bit guest then 4GB is simply not required and may cause problems since it can't happen on physical hardware. Try cutting the guest RAM to 2GB, though even that is way overkill. 512MB is IMHO the sweet spot for an XP 32bit VM.
Also, please pay attention to the instructions for obtaining the log. We don't need the entire contents of the Logs folder - we need one log, which you should ensure is of a session which exhibits the problem. VBox.log is the log of the most recently ended session. The .1, .2 etc files are logs of previous sessions.
