For testing purposes, we would like to set-up multiple (say 3-5 to begin with) virtual machines, be able to run them all at the same time, and have each access a unique wireless connection.
The machine has a standard USB wireless adapter. We have access to a Verizon Wifi that allows up to 10 unique connections.
The default Virtual Box configuration appears to have all instances using the same network connection.
How to run multiple VMs ea with own wireless connection

For each instance to be able to have its own wireless adapter you would need to use USB adapters and assign one to each guest (not using the VBox lan).
If they are identical though it is going to be difficult.

Where would you assign them?
What do you mean by identical? Why would that be difficult?

I mean you would use USB and the guests network to connect and configure.3cents wrote:Where would you assign them?

If they all have the same ID you will see a lot of USB devices with the same ID and not know which on is being used where.
