No wifi connection on host

I have Windows 7 Home Edition Premium 64bit

I've installed Virtual Box 4.2.4 r81684

Installation went apparently ok, but after answering "Yes" to the question "Do you want to restart computer now?" I got "Installation failed! (...)" messagebox. After reboot Virtual Box is there, but my WiFi connections (on HOST!) have "Limited connectivity" status and don't work. As a result I haven't tested any GUESTS' configurations.

I don't have any antivirus or fancy firewall.

What am I doing wrong?
