My computer is IBM T61 . I have 4.1.8 version of virtual box installed.
yesterday i change my computer ram from 4g to 8g , then after i shut down my guest winxp , my host blue screen of death.
if i don't start virtual machine, my host work fine.
if i start virtual machine , not shutdown or sleep , my guest and host work fine.
who can help me ? or I need reinstall my virtual box ? latest version virtualbox ?

I see you are assigning 3GB RAM to the guest, which is rather a lot for a 32bit VM. I suggest that you try reducing that to 1GB, or 2GB at most.

Check if you have the latest Video drivers for your graphic card, and install the newest if not. Then see if there is any improvement.
