I have just upgraded to 4.2.6 on Win7 64bit and am experiencing no problems.

Re: VirtualBox-4.2.6 is unable to work in windows 7 with UAC
I just deleted the double post of this question. Please don't do that again: double posting causes confusion and duplication of effort. It also tends to irritate people, making them less inclined to help you. If you want a quick answer to a question then ask it in one well chosen place, providing a complete description, with backup data like error messages, logs (as .zip attachments) etc. Make it easy to answer and you'll certainly get a quick answer. Honk readers off and you won't.
