I have a sony vaio vgn-nr11s, win.7 Professional 64bit and disc 74GO (including 50GB free). I would like to create a virtual machine with a other version of win. 7 (with my 64bit installation CD) and 25GB reserved virtual space: what version of virtualbox (multi-language) would be consistent + the detailed tutorial? That would be the user manual, which can be found on the website here

There is no intended functional difference between the available versions. They simply represent different levels of maturity / stability, as required by VirtualBox's paying customers. Most people should use the latest version.
