Wrong video resolution with Windows8
Hello,
I have a iMac (mountain lion) running the latest version of VirtualBox.
I'am running a client win8 on it.
everything is working fine except i dont have the right video-driver/display driver.
I have the Radion HD 6750M and the default screen? anyone has the same problem?

Nop, this is not want I want. From the post I linked :
Guest log file (as an attachment) Right click the guest in the VirtualBox main manager and select show log. Then choose save.

You do realise that you "virtual" guest is going to use a "virtual" display driver, right? It would be vbox video not the hosts adapter.
As long as the guest additions were installed (in the guest) and wddm was selected it should work properly.

But now i have added a DVD and the Guest Additions are installed... works perfect
