Hi,
I've shared one path of the Win 7 host, to the Win server VM. But within Win server VM, I don't see the shared path at all.

Interesting, but what does it have to do with VirtualBox?
Windows file sharing is Windows file sharing. The rules do not change just because you are using virtual machines.

How to identify the issue?

Do you have experience with Windows sharing? If not, the Windows forums would be to start looking.
If you are familiar with Windows sharing, have you enabled windows sharing on both machines? Can you see any shares at all?
If you can't, it is probably a networking problem. How is the networking configured on the guest OS?

You know there is one option to share one place that is pointing to one folder of the host, within the current VM, don't you?

Sorry I cannot access this

You have a bunch of errors :
1. make sure the audio config is correct - not related but you do have an error
2. do you have 3D enabled on purpose?
3. you give 4 GB of RAM to your VM, but only got 4.3 GB availalbe, you might run into problems
4. from what I can see, you should reinstall the additions, looks like something is wrong with them.
5. finally, your log is truncated, VM was still running when you took it.
