Win8 + WinPhone8 SDK

Any way how to make it working ?

WinPhone8 emulator enables HyperV and doesn't work at all.
VirtualBox seems can't reach Virtualization support and behaves like VT is not enabled in BIOS.

You cannot use Virtualbox & Hyper-V at the same time, Hyper-V exclusively locks the virtualization feature, which blocks Virtualbox from using it.
If the SDK requires Hyper-V, you will only be able to use Virtualbox in software emulation mode and without virtualization support, which comes with a series of limitation (see user manual).

Thank you for more details, so if i understand correctly there is no way how can i make it working altogether ? (not in same time)
