1. running latest vmbox 4.2.4
2. host = windows 7 ultimate
3. guest = Windows 2008 Server enterprise
4. Yes I have guest editions installed on 2008 server, confirmed by the guest additions box in the lower right corner
5. Yes I have set the shared clipboard to bidirectional
6. Yes I have set drag'nDrop to bidirectional
Still cannot drag and drop nor can I copy and paste in either direction. Anyone got any ideas?

Drag'n'drop only works from Linux host at this point and the settings must be set from host to guest.
Clipboard Copy and paste (text only) is turned off by default and can be turned on from the guest (device tab)

Ahh, I didn't realize this was text only. Upon testing, it appears text is copying fine, but not files, etc. Thanks for clearing this up, apparently its working as intended.Perryg wrote:Drag'n'drop only works from Linux host at this point and the settings must be set from host to guest.
