Windows server installation on virtualbox hosted on Xp

Hello, I successfully installed virtual box on Windows XP Sp3. Then I went on to install Windows Server 2003 VHD. However, The installation couldn't complete and I received a warning from guru meditation : "critical error occurred while running the machine and the machine execution has been stopped"

I have joined to this post the log file and the image which Guru Mediatation advice to attached

Please, Can you help

You don't have enough memory. The guest is going to need at least 512MB to operate at all.
Since you only have 382MB total you are out of luck.
