Critical error on ubuntu 12

Hello, I have a problem with my Ubuntu 12. I have windows 8 and a VM with Ubuntu 12 and it crash frequently.
Please look the attached files for the log.

? the log says that you have a Windows 7 host, not Windows 8.
The guru meditation is caused by running out of memory, it looks like the old GoogleCrashHandler problem. See if you have that process in your service list, disable it if so. Or switch from Google Chrome to another browser. Other applications may cause similar problems.
You can also try reducing the amount of RAM you give to the VM, e.g. to 2GB.

Ok, I have reduced the assigned RAM and for the moment is working nice.
