during VirtualBox-4.2.4 installation on a Windows XP sP3 x86-based machine..I get this error message. Installation failed. The windows installer service could not be accessed. windows installer is not correctly installed. I have installed other software with no problems. Any suggestions?

Is this a full retail XP?
