Click on port forwarding and forward port 3389 from host to guest.

Make sure that :
  • your XP does not listen on 3389 already (the host XP RDP system or the Virtualbox VRDP system)
  • 3389 is forward to your host on your router
  • 3389 is not blicked by a firewall
  • You can access 3389 from the ouside (another machine on internet)

The OP is asking to connect to RDP via the RDP Windows guest system, not to the console of the VM.
