Windows 8 guest--no network drivers

I have installed windows 8 Pro 32bit (upgraded Win XP 32bit)as a guest in virtual box 4.2.4 I can't get the network drivers to work. My host machine is using a Ralink RT5390 wifi need suggestions? :(
