VM off the Computer

Hello.
I am using the version of the VM 4.2.4.r81684 about Windows 7 Ultimate and am encountering some problems that were not in previous versions.
1 - When I'm using 1 VM for too long, it starts to slow down and stop after a period, clicking on any icon (the icon may be a host or inside the VM), the computer simply turns off the screen, HD shows a lot of activity and in 3 to 4 seconds, the computer shuts down.
Already formatted as both the host re-created new VM and the problem continues.

2 - When I'm working with 2 VM's with WinXP in the same time, I noticed that, when asking to shut down the OS, it usually does not close the VM and getting a black screen. In the VM's console, it displays the status of "stopping". I watched this console screen, the settings of the VM while it has this status, the adjustment is presenting 0MB memory and the amount of scoring 8 processors (of which I've set to 1).

Someone had or are having the same problem?

I'm thinking of going back to previous versions where I did not have these problems. They began to appear after I did the last 2 updates the VM.

The hardware of my computer supports virtualization and are properly configured according to manufacturers' instructions due.

Please, I need Help for the problem.

Thanks

I don't see an issue with the log files. From the sounds of it though it could be a host issue. I would monitor the CPU temp and see if it is getting too hot. There are applications on the web that are free that will do this for you.

Hello Perryg

Thank you for the attention you have given to the post.

My CPU is open, without paterais, both to accompany warming processor as the Mother-Board. The HD also features low temperature, little heating. Rarely, the CPU fan speed increases to compensate for the heating and back to normal. What I noticed is that if I leave one of the VM on and, after working a while I'll work to minimize it and the Host, hence the cooler ventilation lowers the rotation, turn off the monitor and the HD is working for about 4 or 5 seconds and then turns off the machine. If I go back to turn it on then it will not turn on the monitor, I have to turn off the electric power, the energy that is zero on the machine and there, turn it again.
I noticed that these problems started happening after I updated the penultimate version of the VM (04.01.20), version 4.1.22 I did not get to install and installed the latest to see if this problem solved. Also got to update drivers and bios of the host. Due to this instability that is experiencing, I am afraid to work on VM because I've lost information from these stops flashing. Even while I was typing this message, I had the VM on and off she went to. Right now, there is no VM activated it not to run the risk of shutting down.

Hello
I did not answer before because my VM and my SO was damaged by crashes the VM's.
I formatted the machine again, I created new VM's (not used the existing VM's). I updated the OS of the VM Host and OS's (guest).
The problems happen again. Also installed the Extension Pack.
Host OS: Windows 7 Ultimate - X86 (legalized).
Guest OS: Windows XP - X86 (legalized).
When I turn off the VM, and it hangs in VirtualBox console shows status "stopped" and the screen goes black VM.

I opened the log of the VM and in the end, has several messages like this:

05:29:37.053403 Changing the VM state from 'POWERING_OFF' to 'OFF'.
05:29:37.187870 Console::powerDown(): A request to power off the VM has been issued (mMachineState=Stopping, InUninit=0)
05:29:37.250257 ERROR [COM]: aRC=E_ACCESSDENIED (0x80070005) aIID={db7ab4ca-2a3f-4183-9243-c1208da92392} aComponent={Console} aText={The virtual machine is being powered down}, preserve=false
05:29:37.889751 ERROR [COM]: aRC=E_ACCESSDENIED (0x80070005) aIID={db7ab4ca-2a3f-4183-9243-c1208da92392} aComponent={Console} aText={The virtual machine is being powered down}, preserve=false

I checked the temperature even dismantled all the equipment, did cleaning and maintenance of contacts (including the processor in the motherboard). Also replace the RAM memory.
To avoid doubt, put additional external ventilation (put a mini fan to not compromise the electrical source of cpu, removed the side covers of the cpu and also replaces the electrical source by a higher power.
Ja not know what else to do.

What might be happening?

Thanks.
