Dear All,
I have several iso images for windows xp v3 on CDs, but when inserted in CD drive (F) running in VirtualBox, I always get the message that no bootable medium is found. My computer is a Lenovo with win7 home premium 64bit and I created a 15gb default vdi drive labelled XPHD virtual box for running XP. The virtual box looks fine except for this. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you!!

Re: Can't boot from iso image on CD
The message means what it says. Either the CD is not bootable, or you haven't mounted it in the correct drive (it has to be mounted in the in the virtual CD drive in VBox, not in a host CD emulator).
Re: Can't boot from iso image on CD
Thank you!! The problem turned out that I had been exiting saving the state. So I took the power off option and then restarted and it loaded fine and installed XP from the CD.
