Virtualbox on windows 7

Hello,
Everytime i launch VB in my pc (windows 7) i lose connection to the internet.
I have reinstalled VB with default settings, i have already upgraded the NIC driver's and restarted the computer, but no luck!
Can someone help me?

First help yourself. Post real infos instead only "does not work".

Host os, hardware, WLAN/ethernet Nic? Exact way of internet access (Router, WLAN, USB, ..).

Post a log file (select guest in VBOX Gui, right mouse button, show log).
