Hi, I new to VirtualBox and I left this info if it help someone:
I got Windows 2003 as domain and windows 7 as host, Virtualbox 4.0.2 and window xp sp2 virtualized.
The Xp is logged into Windows 2003 domain and works really nice.
The process was:
I install everything as is advised, no changes in this process.
The virtual machine starts, verify the functions and error and then manually shutdown.
In the administrador of Virtualbox change the nic associated with a local nic in bridge mode.
Restart the XP virtual machine, check the configure and log into the windows 2003 domain.
The XP reboot and when restart, press right Ctrl + Delete to get the login screen, avoid to use Ctrl + alt + delete because this works with the host OS not with Virtual machine OS.
Log into domain with a valid user and that's all.
The virtualbox has an amazing environment for windows, and I feel the XP work better virtualized than as host.
