RDP cursor issue

I'm having an issue where the mouse cursor in the guest doesn't track with any of the RDP clients I am using to view the VM.

I saw some emails about this from 5 years ago, with no resolution. Can someone advise? This is a major setback for those of us working remotely.

Oops, there was an error when building the Guest Additions. Once I fixed the error and rebuilt, all is well.
